Paid extra for next business day delivery, for a birthday present it never arrived, The gift was to taken away back to another country so is no longer needed, contacted the company not helpful basically told nothing they can do just follow the tracking, so I’m now charged for a service that I didn’t receive, have a gift that I can’t use, Really unhappy with the level of customer service
