Received my initial order very quickly but unfortunately there was an item missing due to the box being damaged on arrival to Royl Mail. I emailed customer service straight away to let them know of my issue along with pictures. I received a response very quickly from an agent called Gemma and she sorted out a replacement to be sent to me with no problems at all. I received the missing item just 2 days later. Great customer service which made me feel confident to order again in future. The hair items i ordered ( healthy hair elixir and hair repair cream) have definately made my hair abit softer and more managable, i look forward to carrying on using them and getting possibly even better results.
