I was sent the wrong item, and the price for that item was less than the item I ordered. The response was not simple I’m a disabled and require assistance to do all that they requested and all I required was a refund of extra I spent so could re order what I actually wanted originally. I never got anywhere and still have unwanted order that I paid more for than the price in their online-store. After my original review giving 1 star ‘Give me cosmetics’ acted very quickly to rectify the issue and I very please with the product and end result of customer care.Thank you
