I’ve been using your products for a couple of years now. Always really happy. My most recent order I decided to treat myself to a lip gloss. Unfortunately the pump didn’t work so I couldn’t use it. I contacted your customer services team to explain. The following day I got a reply apologising and offered a replacement. The very next day it arrived. Pleased to say the new one worked.
