Awful customer services/ non-existent customer service .Wont ever use again . Never recommending again either. Placed an order and at check out it defaults to my old shipping address , So emailed immediately the ONLY way to get any customer services is email , there's no phone number and no social media manned . So I emailed . It was a mistake on my part and I accepted that, I asked if I can please change delivery address to match billing address or cancel so I can replace the order , they don't see the email as its not manned/monitored all the time , and just send the parcel to the address I asked them not to . Again I accept I made a mistake , but it should of been a very easy mistake to rectify IF you have good customer service. Not an email address unmanned most of the time . Luckily my bank agree that it's poor business to not have any customer service available when you email immediately after ordering and they have refunded the cost of the order , At least they showed great customer service!
