Placed an order weeks ago and had an item missing.Got in touch with them.First issue was they couldn’t send an email to my address, despite sending at least two advertisements everyday.Then asked for pictures of products delivered, address etc. Sent this and heard nothing for 10 days, then asked for information again when I got back in touch.Just asked for this again this morning….the third time.How many times?It is so frustrating to the point you just give up.Never had this much trouble with any company.Pointless customer service!I have updated this now as they have finally looked into this issue.Thanks to Sam who finally sorted this today a month after my original email and apologised.This could have been done in the first place.
