I recently ordered from the company for the first time. Unfortunatly one of the products arrived damaged the bottle had split in a really weird place so i dont believe it was the company's fault. When I contacted their customer service they where kind and understanding. They sent me a replacement botlle which arrived quickly. You can tell alot about a company from there customer service and honestly their customer service is outstanding. The product itself smells great!
