I recently bought a Mothers Day mystery bundle (£27) and a Lucky Dip bag (£14). Shipping - I thought it would be with me within 3-4 business days (standard delivery) - however after reading the small print I realised it was 3-4 days AFTER dispatch which can be 5-10 days to dispatch - so beware! Reviews - I placed a long review on the Mothers Day bundle, I only gave 2 stars (value for money v lucky dip bag, boring gifts for Mother’s Day, no new products or any makeup related, etc), and I think there were 5 reviews there at the time all 5* - there are now 11 reviews and mine has ‘disappeared’ and it is still showing as all 5* reviews!! I do NOT trust a company that removes reviews! UPDATE: further to their response below the review I was describing above was on their own website not trust pilot, but I’m discussing that with them separately and have sent them screenshots of the current 11 reviews that are all five star and not one is below.FINAL UPDATE: So have been checking over last couple of weeks and my review never appeared, and given this was a ‘Mothers Day Bundle’ I suspect the product will be removed from sale anyway. However I did check through a selection of their other products, including one with a very high number of reviews in the hundreds, and none of them contained anything less than five stars - which is simply not a true reflection! I would love to use a UK based small business, but if they can’t be open to negative reviews and openly show these on their own website, then I’m sorry but this just instills a level of distrust and unless reviews of 4* or below appear then I won’t be using again, which is a shame.
