I love using their coconut oil and argan oil shampoo and conditioner which leaves my hair feeling clean and soft. I ordered a couple of extra items to use my points but upon getting to the checkout, a message came up to say to spend X more to get to £65 to use my points. I messaged on messenger and was informed that the maximum spend has gone up when a couple of months ago it was half of what is being asked now.If something can be changed then lowing the maximum or allow the points to used as and when people want to use them.
