Ordered 3 sets of shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately one of the items was missing from the package. I contacted customer service via Facebook and they dealt with the matter within minutes and arrange for the missing item to be sent to me. I can't honestly say whether the item had been missing from the original package or whether the box had come open in the post (when it was delivered it had an elastic band around it, and the bottom of the box opened very easily).
