I use this brand all the time for my skincare. Their eye cream is amazing. I was a little disappointed more recently though with a slight customer service issue, whereby my subscription item was an extortionate price. I reached out to them and they said an email was sent in May last year saying the prices were changing but I didn't receive this and nor was it in my junk. I asked to return the item as the price was far too much from when I signed up. When I signed up it was £6.99 delivered, then £8.99 then £10.99 and now they want over £14.They made it so hard to return, stating they want this that and the other, photos and screenshots etc that I left it. I would have appreciated at least the postage paid back so it was more in line with what I originally signed up to. It won't stop me using the brand though as their products are good.
