I was really enjoying using Givemecosmetics. I ordered a gift set and my daughter had the dry shampoo in her stocking. When my daughter tried to use it the product it was empty. I contacted the company and they did respond quickly requesting video of empty item. This took time out of my busy schedule and a my daughter is very confused why Santa would give her an empty product. The company gave me a refund of £3.75 which is not enough to replace the product and one of the reasons I ordered the gift set was for the dry shampoo. I’m currently looking for a new shampoo, conditioner, scalp treatment, hair mask and face cleanser as will not be buying from this company again. Considering how much I have ordered from this company I don’t feel this has been dealt with appropriately. This is my first bad review I have ever written.
