I was really excited to get my hair colour bundle. I then received it, with 2 missing items, no hair brush or no hair repair cream. Got on to the company to be told that I had to fill out a form (and after emailing numerous pictures to be told I needed to send them again and again) and I was livid as I already had to pay a custom fee to Ireland for these products. Really disappointed and won’t be purchasing again.
