I ordered 2 gift sets. One arrived in a presentation box but the other was all loose products.In the picture online they were both in gift boxes. I contacted and complained as both were a gift to 2 family members and I wanted them to be the same.I was given £1.99 as a refund.I contacted them again and said £1.99 will not buy a nice gift box.I heard nothing back
