Ordered x5 £20 bundles Expecting them to arrive in x5 branded boxes Turned up in one horrible brown box all just thrown in there .The box was weak and only just about held the things in there. One item missing .Really disappointed as theses were for Xmas presents so there's no presentation whatsoever .Customer services is a bit of a joke You can only email them they were quick to reply to my first email but after asking me to send pictures which I did they have been very slow to reply and refuse to send some decent boxes to put the sets in . £100 is a lot of money to spend to receive such poor/ no presentation . Very disappointing .I have asked for a refund which I'm sure they will refuse .
