I ordered early Christmas gifts. Royal Mail had to put a plastic bag over it all as the box used was too flimsy not sealed. The item had all come out of the gift boxes ruining them . Everything was loose lids off etc really disappointed never had this happen before.I complained on Facebook and was told I would hear after passing to customer service but never heard anything and sent pictures etc
