I ordered a pair of boots and received them in early November. By the third wear, the lock on one boot fell off, which I noticed the next day. Customer support demanded a $295 fee to replace the lock, despite the boots being brand new. I paid this fee on December 18th. As of January 7th, I have had zero communication regarding my issue. I've followed up four times, providing proof of payment, simply asking if the lock will be sent to me and what the next steps are. I received no response. I tried calling customer service, but one line was non-functional, and I was placed on hold for so long on another that I eventually gave up. These boots are incredibly pricey, and the brand is supposed to embody luxury and quality customer service, but they have fallen short!
