I bought a pair of boots and received them in early November. By the third wear, the lock on one boot fell off, which I noticed the next day. Customer support insisted on a $295 fee to replace the lock, even though the boots were brand new. I paid this fee on December 18th. As of January 7th, there has been no communication regarding my issue. I've followed up four times, providing proof of payment, simply asking if the lock is being sent to me and what happens next. I received no response. I attempted to call customer service, but one line was non-functional, and I was put on hold for so long on another that I eventually gave up. These boots are extremely pricey, and the brand is supposed to represent luxury and quality customer service, but they have not met those expectations!

Givenchy Gentleman used to be an outstanding fragrance for men, but now there are numerous variants that lack the quality of the original scent. I can't count how many times female colleagues have asked about my fragrance to buy for their husbands. If you're seeking the authentic scent, look for the 'Originale' version. Also, why have they discontinued the aftershave?
If I could give this company a fraction of a star, I would. First, it's incredibly hard to reach someone on the phone. Then I was put on hold three times for transfers, waiting over 10 minutes each time only to get disconnected. I still haven’t been able to speak with anyone.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I attempted to order a necklace twice, but after waiting three days for shipping info the first time, my order was canceled and my money refunded. I called and spoke to a representative who assured me it wouldn’t happen again, so I placed the order through him, and the same issue occurred. Customer service is terrible, and I wouldn't recommend dealing with them.
I purchased a necklace last week but never received an order confirmation. Instead, I got an email saying the item was added to my cart, followed by another email saying my cart was waiting for me. However, when I logged in, my cart was empty, even though I paid for the necklace. I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved, and it has been a week without any updates.
I'm very disappointed with the customer service. As a member, I reached out about a gift I was supposed to receive but never did. Instead of addressing my concern, they ignored it completely. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable. I expected better service, but their support has been utterly inadequate.
In response to the company: I've emailed support and spoke with an agent. Please let me know how I can resolve my issue with the slides. I am very disappointed with both the product and customer service. The entire strap on my slides broke off, rendering them unwearable. This also happened to my friend's identical pair, indicating a clear quality problem. Despite providing all necessary details, I was told the item was 'unrepairable' and no exchange or replacement could be offered due to seasonal material limitations. I expected much better accountability from a high-end brand.
I received my wallet last week, but it was defective with parts coming apart. This was a gift for a friend's birthday, and they never contacted me. I really needed it this weekend, but despite multiple emails, I received no response. They only offered a refund, which was very frustrating. Their lack of concern is disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them.
