I have been purchasing their prisme foundation for several years and was very much a fan. In July I accidentally purchased the matte version of this product but only realised when it arrived. I returned it within the 14 day time-frame, unused, and didn’t think anything more about it. TWO months later, the product was redelivered without any communication. I realised I had never been refunded and so asked to set-up a returns so I could get the refund. They ‘investigated’ and ultimately decided that they would not refund me as the product had been ‘opened’ (assuming they mean the box, which I’m not sure how they would determine anyhow - a box being opened also does not affect the actual product or opportunity to resell it.) This level of customer service from a supposedly luxury brand is deeply disappointing. The product is in an unused condition, and I won’t make use of it as the matte version of this product does not work for my skin type - what a waste. Luckily I have found another product from another brand which performs just as well. A shame as I liked the prisme collection, but I won’t be purchasing anything from Givenchy moving forward.
