Absolutely disgusting service from Eugenia at Givenchy. I ordered a perfume a month ago, on the day it was to be delivered I changed the delivery date as I was at work and couldn't receive delivery, I had confirmation they had changed my delivery. The next day I get another dispatch email from Givenchy, confused I checked tracking and it showed the item as delivered AFTER the time I can confirmation of rearranging delivery. It wasn't delivered that day nor the day I'd changed it to. Despite an initial early reply to say it was being looked in to, it took weeks of emails, none of which were replied to again to get a follow up answer. I confirmed I no longer needed the item as it was a birthday gift which is now too late. Still no reply until I sent a final warning for legal action letter, then I received an email saying the item had been dispatched again! I confirmed I still did not want item and needed refund instead but have still not had emails responded to and as I'm on holiday I have no idea if they've left an expensive order on my doorstep whilst I'm away as they're not answering me and there's no tracking, nor refund! I'm honestly shocked such a brand could be so awful. This has been a whole month, I've had 2 emails to the 7 or 8 I've sent and no resolution offered at all, absolutely awful experience and I'll never use this company again.
