The giftbox promised to all customers did not arrive with my order. I had to beg for it over many days, I informed the supervisor Harpreet if it didn't arrive by the date of my mother's party I'd need a refund. Sadly it didn't arrive on time. I have asked over 12 times for a refund. Yet Harpreet and Monalisa have ignored my emails & phonecalls, there's a 30 day limit to return, im on day 13 now. My plane leaves tomorrow, they have artificially extended my ability to return the order. This is criminal, worst of all, she said in her email she reviewed all my messages, yet never responded when I requested to initiate a refund.
