I placed an order via Givenchy's official website on April 3rd. Unfortunately, the item was delivered to the wrong address. I immediately contacted customer service, and an "investigation" was supposedly initiated.It has now been over two weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no proper update or resolution.As a customer, I expected better communication and accountability from a luxury brand like Givenchy.This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would strongly reconsider purchasing from them again.
