I found out that my parcel, including a christmas present was returned to Givenchy by the courier. I called to ask customer services to please just resend the goods to me, not refund. They said they would, sent no tracking, and did not update me. Then when I chased this, I was just sent an email saying that the refund was being processed. Very disappointed in this bad customer service, and now have to get another christmas present.
