Terrible support services. We moved into a property that had solar panels from Giv energy , we need to transfer ownership to us from old owner in order to start using the app and selling back to the grid/ utilise the stored energy however no response. Emails sent way before christmas 2025 and still not even a response. Avoid at all costs DO NOT USE THEM
