The hardware is very good. The app is utter rubbish, meaning controlling your ev charger is very inconsistent. Several times I have been unable to charge my car because the app tells me the charger is offline, and there is NOTHING I can do to get it back online except wait, sometimes for days. Such a shame. The hardware is good. The sales team were helpful. The fitters were great, but the app lets it all down completely. Do not buy from them
