I ordered a gift card for someone who lives across the country from me. Somehow, I made mistakes on the address and was very worried about how this would play out. I replied to the help button in the confirmation email and it created a response email. I had doubts that I would hear back from anyone. But, the next morning, there was a response from someone telling me that they were able to correct the address information before shipping it out.
