I sent in my iPad mini 6 in through UPS courier shipment and it arrived within two days. Next step was the inspection of the device which took some time ( around a week and a half because I sent in my device during a high volume period). All steps were tracked through the website on the account. The money for the trade in was sent by etransfer after inspection was completed. Overall there was good communication from the business through phone calls.
