WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - perfectly functioning iPhone 15 PM sent Feb 3rd to their Gerrard st partner ProFix (who does have solid reviews). Device passed inspection as it should have in condition I selected. This is where it goes off the rails, Mae Yaroslav (mae @ gizmogrind.com) emails Feb 12th 2026 saying “Your device passed the inspection process and it has been forwarded to our payments team for schedule.” Well the payment never came, after several follow-ups Mae has given excuse after excuse on why etransfer payment is still pending. Offers to return, but given the circumstance I cannot trust that my device with OEM box would be returned in the exact same condition as it was sent.
Ongoing situation and will update this review as the story develops. My advice is to do business elsewhere. At best this company engages in unethical business practices and cannot be trusted, at worst is a complete scam. BEWARE

Never got the money for the phone. I sent my iPhone 11 back in May 2023. it's been almost 2 years and I've gotten no email or acknowledgement at all. I can't even link my PayPal account in the website. It just glitches and re-loads the site every time I try to click to link in.
