They received my device on January 19th and never paid me. I sent more than 12 follow-ups. At first they were replying, but suddenly they stopped responding to my emails completely. There is also no working phone number to contact them.
At this point, they have my device and the money they were supposed to pay. Because of this, I will be reporting GizmoGrind to consumer protection authorities and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
Based on my experience, sending your device to GizmoGrind is a huge risk. I strongly warn others to avoid this company unless they want to potentially lose both their device and their payment.
