After a long silence since May 2023, I received a new letter today. Did they think I had moved and they could proceed without my knowledge? It’s strange that they haven’t communicated for so long only to send a letter after I made my stance clear. If they want payment, they should be prepared to justify their claims in court. I have evidence showing I complied with the parking regulations. If this goes to court, I will be claiming for the inconvenience caused.
