My experience with this legal service, associated with a dubious parking scheme, has been extremely frustrating. I paid £2 for parking almost two years ago, but they allege I entered an incorrect digit in their system when paying in cash, leaving me without any proof. Now, they demand £170 for what they claim are the time and resources spent on recovering this supposed fraudulent claim. I look forward to addressing this matter in court; I hope they can provide any proof they have!
I received a notice about a parking charge that was incorrect. When I called, the representative was extremely rude and abusive, even threatening to take me to court despite my evidence. This situation is utterly appalling and seems very fraudulent.
Fraudulent practices linked with another parking service that is also questionable. I’ve received four parking fines while working at a local store, and it just doesn’t stop! They claim you can dispute it, but always respond with a denial. It’s all about extracting money from hardworking individuals, which is just disgraceful.
I am extremely disappointed. My communications were ignored, and there was little regard for my son's disability or its impact on him. Mediation seems to serve only their interests, with no consideration for others. Anyone using this service should feel ashamed.
Even after paying an agreed amount related to a small claim, the firm still sought a judgment and added an arbitrary £125 in legal costs that they have no right to impose, forcing me to pay a court fee of £313 to contest it. The court should not have approved this judgment given the clear lack of entitlement.
This is the worst service I've ever encountered. The representatives are rude and lack proper customer service skills. One particular representative I spoke to was especially unpleasant, acting as if she were superior to everyone else.
Fraudulent behavior! They are trying to extract money without any evidence. When I contacted the so-called legal team, the woman who answered was clueless and advised me to follow a link on the notice. I have reported the parking service to the relevant authorities and will do the same with this firm, as this behavior cannot continue.
This firm is among the most deceptive and unethical legal practices I have encountered. They are still claiming I owe a parking fine for a location I have never visited over three years ago. They provided questionable evidence of an incident in a different city while ignoring my protests. It seems they rely on threatening letters and often utilize fraudulent images to extort money from the public. It’s baffling why there’s no regulatory oversight on such operations.
After a long silence since May 2023, I received a new letter today. Did they think I had moved and they could proceed without my knowledge? It’s strange that they haven’t communicated for so long only to send a letter after I made my stance clear. If they want payment, they should be prepared to justify their claims in court. I have evidence showing I complied with the parking regulations. If this goes to court, I will be claiming for the inconvenience caused.
Zero stars should be an option! I vaguely remember addressing a parking fee, but received a notice dated October 2025 for an incident from April 2022. This company’s practices are appalling! Is this even legal? There seems to be no time limit for their claims, which is troubling.
