I’ve never heard of this company until 6 weeks ago - and another that seems to use Covid as an excuse not to answer the phone or reply to my emails … All they seem to do is send letters out with a deadline - then you waste your own time to reply, forward on your original reply three times and still get no feedback or update! I have tried to call at least ten times, never an answer but for once and the person on the phone was useless - all they said “oh there is no one here that can help, write us an email” Madness! While it is easy to use Covid as an excuse for poor performance, looking at the amount of terrible reviews and apologies, maybe it is just how they are run as an organisation?
