My experience with this legal service, associated with a dubious parking scheme, has been extremely frustrating. I paid £2 for parking almost two years ago, but they allege I entered an incorrect digit in their system when paying in cash, leaving me without any proof. Now, they demand £170 for what they claim are the time and resources spent on recovering this supposed fraudulent claim. I look forward to addressing this matter in court; I hope they can provide any proof they have!
