I've ordered well over a month ago. This is my 25th order. I'm reaching out and being ignored. They take a 2 week break every month now. They do not respond to emails. They did not even begin processing my order for 3 weeks AFTER they charged me. Never received an apology, I cant even get an email back. They sent me 1 valid tracking and in that tracking it showed they did not process my order for 3 weeks, why? They aren't that busy. They take weeks off at time ALL THE TIME. I've requested a refund and they continue to ignore me. In every order I've ever placed I've spent well over 100 or 200. Now they are slapping me in the face and dont care. RUDE. they need to go.
