If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t waste your hard earned money with these fools. I ordered on 1/26/26 and it’s 3/4/26 and my order never shipped and they never responded to any of my communication. I will warn everyone I possibly can about them. Horrible way to do business. I was gifted some of their nails from a friend and I liked the quality and tried to order and this was my experience.. Never again!!

I'm so disappointed in Glammermaid

I'm so disappointed in Glammermaid. I know others have issues with the quality but I really like the handmade nails from this company. My problem is that I tried ordering directly from them (cutting out Amazon for once) and it literally takes weeks. They say they will ship within 1-4 days but they never do. And you simply cannot get in touch with anyone at the company. They have a contact form and a support email and they have never even acknowledged receipt of my inquires about my order. I've tried to contact them four separate times and finally had to put a stop payment through my bank. Ridiculous.

Faulty nails, promised a replacement then ghosted

I used to love Glamermaid nails, would order heaps and wear them all the time. Unfortunately the last batch I ordered fell far short of their usual quality. The paint on them was very thin and they chipped and peeled immediately because of this. I was a loyal customer so I contacted them in the hopes of a resolution but was ignored. After three emails I finally got a response in which they agreed the nails didn't meet their standards and offered to send a replacement. I never received anything and they've ignored my emails ever since. I'm really disappointed in this and now looking good elsewhere to buy my press-ons.

No customer service AT ALL

I love Glamermaid nails. Unfortunately they seem to have no customer service whatsoever anymore. They ship from China. I have an order last in transit for over 3 weeks. I have called, emailed, fb and instagram messaged. No response whatsoever. I emailed the Chinese shipping company Yanwen. No response from them either. I filled a claim with USPS but don’t expect that to go anywhere since there is no proof it ever made it to the US. So I guess I flushed my money down the toilet. So disappointing!

I didn't receive my order and their…

I didn't receive my order and their answer was " did you check in your mailbox".I asked my order to be sent back or to have a refund since the total price was around 50€ which is a significant amount for nails and they are ignoring me since then even though I sent them numerous reminders.

Junk Quality

Buying and shipping were not an issue. The quality is a MAJOR issue. They are completely see through, super thin, and just JUNK. Will not buy again. Looked horrible on.

Custermer service is terrible

Custermer service is terrible, they do not answer back to emails. First you get a auto confirm that they recieved email but after that nothing. Do not bother buying, there are many other press on companys that offer better quality and superb custermer service.

Gotta go

I've ordered well over a month ago. This is my 25th order. I'm reaching out and being ignored. They take a 2 week break every month now. They do not respond to emails. They did not even begin processing my order for 3 weeks AFTER they charged me. Never received an apology, I cant even get an email back. They sent me 1 valid tracking and in that tracking it showed they did not process my order for 3 weeks, why? They aren't that busy. They take weeks off at time ALL THE TIME. I've requested a refund and they continue to ignore me. In every order I've ever placed I've spent well over 100 or 200. Now they are slapping me in the face and dont care. RUDE. they need to go. Byeee

Have they gone out of business?

I am a wholesale. Kirby of Glamermaid. It has been 1 month since I am trying to reach them for additional order. There is no reply to emails/texts and the phone is shut down also WhatsApp. I assume has gone out of business? Will have to look for another reliable good quality supplier
