customer service is super slow. At first, I thought it was because of the lunar New Year's holiday, but they're still super slow now. I've been waiting to find a way to get a refund for a month now, they answer my emails maybe once a week, if not at all.They don't offer any refund, and told me to send back my order to China, which would cost me more than the refund itself really so it's useless.I would not recommend buying unless you're 100% sure you'll like what you'll receive.
