I was really disappointed in this company. I ordered several sets of their 3D *hand made* nails (with charms) thinking they would be superior to their general sets which appeared to be mass produced, machine printed on cheap plastic press-on nails. Each set I received looked different than the pictures. The charms were different, the base colors and patterns were different and the charms were glued on with big gobs of glue. The design / color on the nails appears to be printed, even on the hand made sets. I believe they mass print these nails and then sloppily glue on some charms and market them as hand made. Maybe they ran out of the nice charms used in the photos or they just use cheaper versions. Don't be fooled by the pics on the website. I was upset when I saw how different they were. The quality isn't terrible. They seem strong and they're still cute from afar, thus the solid 2 star rating... they actually came in, and they didn't over charge me. I also received the free gift (a set of nails) as promised. Underwhelming and will not order these again. Misleading... put photos of the product we will receive, not a high quality hand painted set...P.S. Look at the return policy before ordering. I would have returned my entire order, but I would have had to pay return shipping and I would not have been refunded shipping for the order. Additionally - sale items, opened packages, promotional items, and holiday items are ineligible for return. Also they *carefully inspect* all items upon return and have the option to REFUSE your return. In which case, no money back and no items to show for it. I didn't think returning the items was worth the money lost or the risk they would be refused, so I just kept them. Plus, I didn't see the flaws with the items until I actually opened the packages, rendering them ineligible for return anyway. It's a big scam. Just order from Glamnetic. The items pictured on Glamnetic are the items you will receive and they will refund your order without hesitation. Much better return policy, better customer service and better products.
