I’m extremely unsatisfied and frustrated with this company and their service. I ordered a product (which by the way they charge twice the price for but I was willing o at as it’s not available in my country) and my order went through successfully. Great, right? Except not really, as I later on (days after placing my order) received an email stating my order had been cancelled due to insufficient stock. Apparently there wasn’t enough stock to fulfill my order. If that was the case why let my order go through?? I understand things like out of stock items are out of company’s hands, but my frustration is the fact they allowed my order to go through in the first place when they very likely already didn’t even have it in stock. And because of that I now have to wait up to a week for a refund, all of this could have been avoided had they communicated. This place has left a poor impression on me. It was my first time ordering and il be honest I was hesitant to order in the first place as I wasn’t sure how legit it looked, and it seems my gut feelings were correct. I’d avoid if I were you.
