Terrible experience. Product looked nothing like advertised. Received emails that things were taking longer due to quality issues. That should have been my first warning. Product arrived and was so tiny that it was barely bigger than the nail on my pinky finger. I immediately called them and spent one hour on the phone and not one person answered. I finally got someone on their chat box who refused to send me a return shipping label. Since it was jewelry it had to be track able and insured so now I am out $67 for just returning a product I did not like. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
