I am absolutely not happy with this company. They keep making false promises about delivery, and despite all their claims, they never refunded my money. even though they already received the product back.
The item I ordered was returned to them and never delivered to me, yet after one full year, I am still waiting for my refund. It’s completely unacceptable.
After reading other reviews, I discovered that this seems to be a common pattern, at least here in the Netherlands. Many customers report the same behaviour:

false delivery promises,
failed refunds,
and excuses that lead nowhere.

This company has shown zero accountability and zero reliability. I strongly advise others to avoid them based on my experience and what I’ve seen from many other customers.

I purchased an engagement ring from Glamira that started being worn in May 2025. Now, in February 2026, the stone suddenly fell out of the ring without any apparent reason. I have worn the ring very carefully and have never worn it during exercise or while doing any kind of manual labor.

When we contacted customer service for support, the only response we received was that the warranty does not cover defects caused by wear and tear. Glamira never offered to physically inspect or examine the ring to determine whether it could be a manufacturing defect. Instead, they based their conclusion solely on having seen a photo of the ring.

Because of this, I contacted two different jewelers, both of whom stated that the stone fell out due to a manufacturing defect, as a stone that was too large had been set in prongs that were too small (the parts that hold the stone in place). Neither of them could see any signs of wear on the ring that would have caused the stone to fall out.

When I returned to Glamira with this information, they continued to claim that the warranty does not cover stones falling out due to wear and tear and that they could neither repair the ring nor offer any compensation.

Highly unprofessional company with poor jewelry quality. I strongly do not recommend purchasing jewelry from Glamira if you expect it to last.

If a company advertises or displays “estimated delivery” dates at the point of sale, those representations may constitute statements about service capability under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where those estimated timelines are repeatedly not met, and where such failures appear documented and recurring, this may raise questions as to whether the conduct engages provisions of the ACL.

Relevant provisions may include:
• Section 18 – Misleading or deceptive conduct
• Section 29 – False or misleading representations
• Part 3-2 – Consumer guarantees relating to services

The observable pattern includes:
• A significant volume of one-star reviews citing similar delivery estimate issues
• Repeated complaints referencing missed timelines
• Consistent response language indicating limited ability to intervene once delays occur

I am not asserting legal conclusions. Rather, I am noting what appears to be a shared experience and a recurring pattern of conduct that may warrant further investigation.

Where customers can demonstrate financial loss, additional costs, or other measurable harm arising from reliance on represented delivery timelines, such damages would be capable of quantification.

If the conduct is systemic and the harm experienced by affected customers is materially similar, it is conceivable that broader legal (class) action could be considered appropriate, subject of course to proper legal assessment. 😉

…1 out of 5 stars.

Never recieved products that I ordered. The tracking site posted delivered. I recieved push back. I was asked to go check my neighborhood 😑. After a second attempt, now late for Christmas, and another fail. I was offered a 60 % refund, then 70 finally 100%. 3 weeks later still no refund. I do have unauthorized charges on my credit card. Slow customer service response. Just a rip off.

Consistently Excellent Experience

To be honest, I'm already on my sixth order in the past six months, and I eagerly anticipate placing more orders for upcoming occasions like Valentine's Day, birthdays, and more, as a way to express my love for my girlfriend. The key question is: why do I choose this service every time? The answer is straightforward. They provide an amazing selection of jewelry with numerous customization options, all while ensuring outstanding quality. Additionally, their support team is always helpful and responsive, consistently going above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Overall a great experience, beautiful ring and fulfilled requests.

Overall a great experience with the website, the ring is stunning and everything was executed as requested. The only hiccup was with the delivery; it initially stated it would arrive on the 19th. A few days later, I received two emails: one from marketing indicating "today is the last day to order for your package to arrive before Christmas" and another stating "we changed your delivery date to the 29th..." Fortunately, it arrived the day before Christmas, but it caused some frustrating moments.

Delivery date changed, no refund offered

I bought an item, but the delivery date was altered because of internal mistakes. They denied my refund request, even though their terms and conditions suggest otherwise. Now, I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Disappointing Quality for a Special Piece

My partner purchased my engagement ring three years ago, but I've hardly worn it due to work restrictions, only bringing it out for special occasions. Unfortunately, the black diamond has fallen out and is now lost. I consulted a family member with experience in jewelry, and he indicated that the quality was poor and that this should not have happened. The ring was quite expensive, so I would advise others to be cautious about purchasing from this company. This is not a fake review. Update: The company has requested my order details, which I have provided.

Concerns About Sizing Are Unfounded

Purchasing a ring online often raises concerns about the actual size. However, I can assure you that my wife is thrilled with this ring set. It's truly beautiful, arrived on schedule, and is simply outstanding.
