I purchased an engagement ring from Glamira that started being worn in May 2025. Now, in February 2026, the stone suddenly fell out of the ring without any apparent reason. I have worn the ring very carefully and have never worn it during exercise or while doing any kind of manual labor.
When we contacted customer service for support, the only response we received was that the warranty does not cover defects caused by wear and tear. Glamira never offered to physically inspect or examine the ring to determine whether it could be a manufacturing defect. Instead, they based their conclusion solely on having seen a photo of the ring.
Because of this, I contacted two different jewelers, both of whom stated that the stone fell out due to a manufacturing defect, as a stone that was too large had been set in prongs that were too small (the parts that hold the stone in place). Neither of them could see any signs of wear on the ring that would have caused the stone to fall out.
When I returned to Glamira with this information, they continued to claim that the warranty does not cover stones falling out due to wear and tear and that they could neither repair the ring nor offer any compensation.
Highly unprofessional company with poor jewelry quality. I strongly do not recommend purchasing jewelry from Glamira if you expect it to last.
