Delivery time was doubled.
Then they sent the wrong size ring.
We sent it back for resizing and asked that this was not counted as our one resize because they'd sent us the wrong size to begin with.
The return took almost two months.
It was the wrong size again but they won't let us resize it again even though it was THEIR error.
Appalling customer service. Made the whole engagement really stressful and I am still wearing a ring sizer 4 months on.
Avoid like the plague. Honestly.
