Product was two weeks late.
The product quality is decent but the service was pretty bad.
So you can get in contact with the cs team pretty fast on wa which is nice, but the delivery was still very late. The perfume arrived even later than that.
One thing I didn't like is that I went for a dark blue sapphire (lab-grown), it was mentioned as such in the description and obviously in the photos.
But the sapphire I received is light blue. Not terrible, but not as expected.
Overall, order much earlier than needed.
