After ordering a standard size dress and the measurements being completely wrong the dress was too big, I was then offered a disgustingly low offer of 15% refund due to “shipping fee being too expensive” I am leaving a 1 star just because of the insulting refund offer, I do not wish to keep the dress as it does not fit and costs too much to have adjusted and that’s the solution they think is acceptable?
