I ordered a dress online. I used my measurements and went according to their size chart.
The dress arrived and is much too small.
The company asked me to send pictures and include pictures of myself doing measurements.
They then said my waist was bigger than the size on the chart. However, the waist fitted fine.
They then offered me 3 options to resolve the problem.
I sent an email mail 5 times telling them which solution I wanted to use.
After not having any response, I then mailed them and gave my second choice.
Again they did not answer my mail.
I feel that they should ensure their size chart is accurate.
I would not recommend a company that ignores queries and complaints.
While Glamlora mention UK based on their website numerous of times they are clearly not. After ordering a standard size dress and the measurements being completely wrong the dress was too big, I was then offered a disgustingly low offer of 15% refund due to “shipping fee being too expensive” I am leaving a 1 star just because of the insulting refund offer, I do not wish to keep the dress as it does not fit and costs too much to have adjusted and that’s the solution they think is acceptable?

Dress arrived after more than the stated time. The dress looks very cheap material thick bulky, wrong color, did not even open. I did not like it at all. Dismissed immediately. Contacted with in 1 to 2 days as to not suitable and sent 2 emails to date as to request for refund and refund form. Return deadline 14 days .no contact phone number on website. Only approach is email. The review is actually Poor Please Do Not order anything from this website. It is fraudulent.
This website is a fraud and a cheap scam. I ordered 2 prom dresses in total it came to £286 for both dresses. I tried to cancel the order but they KEEP your money and don’t refund after you complain, they refuse to give any refunds or discounts for the money they took. Please avoid this website at all costs do not waste your time or money on this website. Absolutely disgusting!
I anticipated something different from this dress. Its appearance, particularly around the waist, is amusing, and the sewing lacks a professional touch. The color doesn't match what the model was wearing. Overall, I am really let down by this dress, especially considering the high price I paid.
Avoid this site at all costs. I ordered my Mother of the Bride dress believing the company was UK‑based, only to discover after purchasing that it operates from a low‑quality factory in China. After weeks of waiting, the dress arrived badly made with cheap fabric, despite costing over £150. Customer service was unhelpful, and their return policy meant losing half my money. After multiple failed attempts to get a refund, I escalated through PayPal. The seller falsely agreed to refund me if I returned the dress, then refused to accept the FedEx delivery. PayPal ultimately had to step in and refund me because the company clearly had no intention of doing so.
Dress stunk of fish not like original picture and the cut design of fitting was shocking lower par of dress like a 14 and top like a 10 and a great ordeal to send back and had to prove with photos of bad fitting etc to be offered 40% back of £150 dress Save you self the hassle don’t bother
Quality in dress fantastic but sizing was completely wrong by at least two dress sizes then if you want to return the item you have to pay the postage and 15% off the price you pay as they claim they have to have it dry cleaned even though it’s not been worn, I paid £125 and £25 postage I got a £45 refund and got to keep the dress, as that was the best option financially
