Mostly good experience. I was shopping there 9 times. I had 1 problem. They do not want returns. I wanted return electric violin and it took 5 emails till I got return address and a post label. Post office could not scan barcode but they sent it and gave me confirmation which I sent to glarry. no answer whatsoever for 2 months. All my emails ignored. Phone number from glarrymusic in USA has nobody to answer. I got refund finally.
