I ordered two pairs of glasses with a buy one get one free promotion. Unfortunately, I need to return them as they don’t suit me. There’s a lack of a returns policy. I’ve emailed several times, but they just ignore my requests. I certainly won’t be buying from them again and wouldn’t recommend this service for eyewear.
