My new glasses went missing in the post when they got to Heathrow. Customer services have been excellent at sorting out the issue and today I have received the replacement pair that the team sent out. The quality of the glasses is excellent and far better than designer glasses I have ordered from previous suppliers.
I will definitely be using the company again and strongly recommend.
