Never an issue until just now.Pre booked with just over a hour notice, no assigned driver and un-empathetic customer service staff claiming bookings aren’t a guarantee? What’s the point then?How long does it take to find an available driver and/or at least notify the customer within a reasonable timeframe?!Eventually had to quickly cancel in a panic and instead book with Uber, paying more, but which showed up practically instantly, though still late to an airport transfer.I’m especially unhappy with the customer service’s response, so I would no longer recommend, unless time and/or being late is not an issue.
