Absolutely crap service and getting worse.I reserved a taxi 24hrs in advance and added a note to say pick up at 130pm was crucial , so I could catch a train.They didn’t start looking for a driver until 135pm. I kept calling them and they would say “next car will be yours “. My train was at 232pm .. taxi never came.I missed my train. No apology.They don’t care for their customers at all.
